Welcome to a concrete, honest and practical useful lecture and question time at Skånska Spritfabriken, where the founders share their own experiences of starting and operating a distillery in Sweden. You'll gain insight into everything from raw materials and production to product development and regulations, and list some common mistakes — and how to avoid them.
Practical information
The bar is open from 5pm and there is an opportunity to shop in the farm shop during the break of the lecture. Start lecture at 7pm.
The lecture can be held outdoors.
